How Employers and Universities Verify a Certificate

Instructions for recruiters, employers, and academic institutions to validate student credentials.
Every certificate issued by Ecampus Africa is permanently stored in our secure database to protect against tampering, fraudulent claims, and forged credentials.
Verification Method 1: QR Code Scan
Open the camera app on any smartphone or tablet and point it at the QR code printed in the bottom right corner of the certificate. The device will immediately open the official verification screen showing the student's certified record.
Verification Method 2: Online Registry Lookup
- Go to the public verification portal at ecampus.africa/verify.php.
- Type the unique Certificate Code (e.g.
ECA-2026-9842). - Click "Verify Authenticity".
The system will display the student's verified legal name, course title, issuing date, and current validity status.
